Leadership Team

  1. Kevin Greene

    CEO

    Kevin Greene brings more than 25 years of enterprise software leadership experience as an operator, board member, investor, and investment banker working with breakthrough technology companies. Prior to joining Redwood, Kevin was the CEO of Logi Analytics, a private equity-backed enterprise software company and leader in embedded analytics, which successfully exited to insightsoftware in April of 2021. Kevin has also served as a Partner at Valhalla Partners, a $440 million venture capital firm in Virginia. He was also a principal at Flagship Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm in Massachusetts. Prior to Kevin’s venture career, he held both director-level and product marketing roles at IBM. Kevin started his career at Goldman Sachs in its New York and Hong Kong offices.

    Kevin has an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing degree from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.

  2. Sally Baraka

    General Counsel and Secretary of the Board

    Sally has had a distinguished career as a business-focused legal executive. She led IPO efforts and provided strategic counsel to publicly traded (NASDAQ: AGGR & QLIK) and private equity backed (Thoma Bravo, New Mountain Capital, Goldman Sachs, Apax Partners, and T.H. Lee) technology companies. She has worked on IP monetization and SaaS strategies, as well as structuring patent, data privacy and open-source programs. Sally also has extensive experience in corporate board governance, complex transactions and M&A. She impressively led over $3.5 billion in private-equity-backed recapitalization and M&A efforts.

    Sally has her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, distinction in Trial Advocacy; and her B.S. in Computer and Information Sciences also from Temple University.

  3. Charles Caldwell

    SVP, Customer Success

    Charles is an excellence-driven product and customer success leader with over twenty years of experience in building technical teams, delivering commercial products and customer retention, and supporting complex B2B sales to mission-critical commercial and corporate software applications.

    Prior to joining Redwood, Charles was the VP of Product Management at Logi Analytics, where he transformed their go-to-market strategy by focusing on segmentation, positioning, and product strategy to support improvements across their sales cycle, including increasing win rates by 14% , decreasing their sales cycle 53 days, and growing the average selling price (ASP) by 151%.

    Charles also has experience ensuring customer success. He created the Customer Success Organization at Logi that helped transform how support was delivered to the customers. This team increased customer satisfaction to 96% and supporting an increase in LTV/CAC (1.5 to 6+).

    Charles holds a Master of Business Administration, Concentration in Small Business, Entrepreneurship & Decision Sciences from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Transportation from Massachusetts Maritime Academy from Bourne, Massachusetts.

  4. Charles Crouchman

    Chief Product Officer

    Having served as CTO or CPO of five software companies in 25 years, Charles is an experienced technology executive. He has driven results in all stages of company evolution, from early-stage, venture-backed startup to mid-stage expansion to F500 global execution.

    His expertise in selling enterprise software to corporate IT in infrastructure management, automation and machine learning has developed the unique perspective he brings to his role as Redwood’s Chief Product Officer. Here, Charles will further expand his track record of creating winning strategies for delivering breakthrough products with high-performance product management and engineering teams in the process of scaling.

    Before joining the Redwood team, Charles was CPO and CTO at Turbonomic, which evolved into a role as Head of Strategy for IT Automation when IBM acquired the company. He also held executive roles at Opalis (acquired by Microsoft) and Cybermation (acquired by CA). These experiences and his strong vision of an automation-first future make Charles poised to uphold Redwood’s mission of delivering lights-out automation solutions.

    Charles lives in Toronto, Canada, and is a proud father of four and an avid reader and hiker. He holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.

  5. Patty Donnelly

    Chief People Officer

    Patty serves as Chief People Officer at Redwood Software and oversees talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, employee engagement, leadership development and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

    Prior to joining Redwood, Patty was the SVP of Global Human Resources at Logi Analytics where she was instrumental in the successful acquisition of Logi by Insightsoftware. Prior to joining Logi, she spent more than twenty years in executive leadership roles, including leading the HR function for multiple fast-paced companies focused on high growth, innovation, and acceleration of business results.

    Patty has held executive roles at many companies including Inovalon, Ciena, USinternetworking (acquired by AT&T), Betrusted (acquired by Verizon Business Services), and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Several of the companies Patty worked for were listed on “best companies to work for” including USinternetworking which was on ComputerWorld’s “100 Best Places to Work in IT.” She has also had the honor of being recognized as a recipient of the “New Power Women of DC Tech.”

    Patty graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a degree in Sociology and is an active board member and Chair for the Light House Homeless Prevention Shelter in Annapolis.

  6. Devin Gharibian-Saki

    SVP, Business Development and Strategy

    Devin Gharibian-Saki brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise on enterprise IT, the SAP ecosystem and business process automation to his current role as SVP of Business Development and Strategy at Redwood Software. Experience within product marketing, product management and enterprise software sales enables Devin to drive strategic initiatives and alliances for the organization and unlock new business models and go-to-market strategies. Acting as an executive advocate for the customer, Devin is passionate about delivering the best solutions to make the most out of a customer’s environment. His approach centers on connecting with customers, prospects and partners to better understand how Redwood can help their digital transformation initiatives, improving their automation roadmaps by leveraging a combination of his SAP and process optimization proficiencies.

    Prior to working for Redwood, Devin was an SAP Technology Consultant, working directly at SAP and at EnBW, the 3rd latest utility in Germany. Devin holds a diploma in Mathematics from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Karlsruhe, Germany and as well as two patents.

  7. Ashish Joshi

    Chief Financial and Operating Officer

    Ashish K Joshi brings more than 25 years of enterprise software leadership experience across Technology, Healthcare, Telecom & Financial sector. He has held Chief Financial Officer (CFO) roles for both private and public companies. Prior to joining Redwood, Ashish was the CFO of (TSX: Optiva) a Telecom enterprise software company. He was in leadership roles in two Fortune 50 companies (GE, Dell Technologies) and graduated from their executive development program. He has led both high growth and turnaround roles delivering significant creation in enterprise value. Ashish has global experience leading teams in North America, Asia, and Europe. He is a certified Black Belt and drives structured data driven approach to deliver business value.

    Ashish has extensive experience working with Private Equity (PE) firms – Blackstone, ESW, Turn River, Maple Rock etc. He has led private-equity-backed recapitalization and M&A efforts from small to large transactions including the strategic buyout of DJO by Colfax for $3.2B in 2019 (NYSE: ENOV). He is decisive in dealing with ambiguity with a strong drive for results.

  8. Matt Nolan

    Chief Revenue Officer

    Matt Nolan brings over twenty-five years of Enterprise Software experience to Redwood. In the early part of his career, he was part of a leadership program at Campbell’s Soup which influenced him to lead Sales organizations in high-growth, disruptive tech organizations including MicroStrategy, Qlik, BladeLogic, BMC, Fuze and Turbonomic.

    While at BladeLogic, Matt supported the company’s acquisition by BMC for over $860 million, and most recently he held numerous leadership positions within Turbonomic, helping to position them through a $1.9 billion acquisition by IBM. Matt specializes in helping organizations rapidly scale processes to create sustainable growth across the $100 million chasm.

    Before Redwood, Matt spent time working with the founders of MEDDICC, the sales qualification methodology. He is a firm believer in the MEDDICC methodology and trains and coaches his team on the framework. Matt has a proven track record of recruiting elite talent, converting organizations to value-based selling, driving revenue growth, and increasing win rates and ASPs.

    Matt holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and Economics from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania.

  9. Max Schultz

    General Manager, File Transfer Business

    Max Schultz is an enterprise software executive, advisor and investor with experience across DevOps, AdTech and Infrastructure companies ranging from startups to the F500. His executive tenures have helped create $2+ billion of enterprise value via strategic exits and private equity recapitalizations. His M&A experience has led to the celebrated retirement of three distinct company founders who have trusted their life’s work to carry forward under his leadership, and world-class value creation for investors. Startups under his advisory have secured $50M+ in venture funding.

    As Group General Manager at Redwood, Max leads both the Managed File Transfer (MFT) and Business Solutions (BS) business units - which house the JSCAPE, Cerberus, Finance Automation and Report2Web product lines. He is also responsible for Redwood’s strategic M&A initiatives, where he led the acquisition of Cerberus in 2023.

    Prior to joining Redwood, Max held various senior leadership roles in sales, global customer success, and regional management at Test IO, a private equity-backed leader in software quality assurance. After helping lead Test IO’s sale to NYSE: EPAM in 2019 from the General Manager post, he was appointed CEO in 2022.

    He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California.

  10. Anoop Tripathi

    Chief Technology Officer and SVP, Engineering

    Anoop is a seasoned technology leader with a successful track record for delivering high stakes cloud transformations and driving strategic direction, tactical execution, and organizational change. His industry experience includes enterprise applications, security, networking, and virtualization combined with SaaS, cloud and AI/Cognitive work. He has led teams at both large public companies and small startups.

    Prior to Redwood, Anoop was Chief Technology Officer at  Interactions, a conversational AI company that delivers virtual assistant applications for customer care. During his time at Interactions, Anoop transformed the company from a Managed Service to a PaaS model. He was also the former SVP of Engineering at Automation Anywhere, , where he successfully transformed an on-prem product to a cloud service, resulting in Automation Anywhere being named the #1 Cloud RPA company by IDC with a 54% market share in that segment. In addition, he built and led engineering teams to augment the product portfolio from its single product in back-office automation to now include front office automation, cognitive automation, and ML-based process mining products. Lastly, he has numerous patents filed including 24 patents awarded. 

  11. Bryan Urioste

    Chief Marketing Officer

    With more than twenty years in the technology industry, Bryan’s career has been focused on identifying target markets, defining product requirements, and building revenue acquisition strategies for sustainable long-term growth.

    As Chief Marketing Officer at Redwood, Bryan is responsible for driving all aspects of marketing globally, leading demand generation creation and spearheading programs to deepen customer engagement, strengthen the company’s partner ecosystem, and communicate Redwood’s value.

    Before joining, Bryan held various marketing leadership roles at Alert Logic, Planview, SolarWinds, Rackspace, and Dell Technologies.

    He holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and a BSBA in Management from Bucknell University.
